General Manager and Senior Director
Held full bottom line responsibility for $675M cost of goods annual flow
thru with potential up to $1 billion with new in-source product with a $23M
annual operating budget. Challenged to manage all metric performance,
improve all cost areas, manage customer deliverables and customer site
visits, and participate in corporate strategic planning and global
benchmarking activities. Inventory turns at 12+ and inventory accuracy
huge drivers for the site.
