as a Plant Manager.

Astt. Plant Manager.
* Worked with M/S Moser Baer India Ltd (an ISO 9001 -2000 certified company
having a Turn over of Rs. 1500 crores) from May 2003 to November 2003 as
a Production Engineer.
* Worked with M/S Hindustan Syringes and Medical Devices Ltd. (an ISO 9001-
2000 certified company having a Turn over of Rs. 400 crores) from August
2000 to December 2002 (2Years 4 Months) as a Production Engineer.

of Medical Devices and Healthcare Disposables like Surgical Blade,Curette,
scalpel, I.V. Cannulaes, Blood Bags, Urine Bag, Centum, Akuret (test tube
gel), and I.V. Set etc. These are ISO 9001-2008 Certified with CE-0120
certification Companies. The Companies maintain close Clean room of class
10000. These produce wide range of products for international as well as
domestic market having a Turn Over of Rs.150 crores and 400 crores
respectively.
Roles and Responsibilities in Paramount Surgimed Ltd & Eastern Medikit Ltd.
* Daily Planning with GM Operation for material movement.
* If material is not available then arranging the same with discussion
of SCM team.
* Responsible for all Warehouse operations like materials receipts,
storage, issues, dispatches and inventory control, etc
* Responsible for arranging transport for out bound logistics
* Providing timely MIS to the Regional Office / HO in the predetermined
formats.
* Managing logistics functions, negotiating with transporters for cost
effective transport solutions
* Ensuring accurate stock record through cycle count and Daily Stock
Level Reports
* To manage material supply for dispatch with maintaining FIF0 method.
* Regular Interaction with Our marketing dept & Customer for Demands &
Deliveries as per Observations.
Nature Of Duties And Responsibilities in Other Plants:-
* Production planning, Raw material planning, Man Power planning and
achieve the targets with a workforce of 520-530 and a team of
Supervisors and Engineers and Report to GM Operation.
* Responsible for Discipline, Maintenance, Cost, Training, Safety,
Quality, Quantity, Output, handle 520-530 persons and many more.
* Achievement of planned results and efficient use of resources,
aware of the essential success factors.
* Manage subordinates to apply their abilities and release their
potential in the decision-making process.
* Machine utilization, Man Power utilization and Line Balancing
according to M/Cs capacity, work load and man power available.
* Managing the functions of trouble shooting at various stages
related to Men, Material and M/Cs and performs different Assembly,
packaging and Dispatch functions.
* To attend breakdown of machine (mechanical and electronics), record
of machine breakdown to minimize the breakdown.
* To control the rejection of raw material during process, yield
calculation and effort to improve productivity.
* To control and calculate process cycle to control WIP limit in a
sorter lead time to follow the JIT system.
* Change Over and conversion of m/cs in different type of products,
to look after the preventive maintenance of m/cs and the spare
parts of the M/Cs urgently required.
* Imparting continuous on job training to the workforce 520-530 for
increasing their Efficiency, Quality and Productivity.
* Responsible for shift activities, quality and to get follow up the
different Production Systems to improve the Productivity.
* Planning for effective preventive maintenance schedules of various
M/C to increase M/C uptime and Equipment reliability.
