> Daily monitoring First off inspection &Line rejection analysis in A, B, C
Type method.
> In house rejection monitoring and cleared with in sap use. And daily
rejection booking in SAP.
> Audit and certification of finished products & poka yoke verified in
inline.
> Conduct the morning quality meeting along with production dept and CFT to
analysis the in house rejection and customer return.
> Conducting process capability study and Machine capability study.
> Control the process using the various quality tools like 7QC Tools,
CONTROL CHART.
> To prepare layout inspection reports.
> To prepare product audit inspection and process audit reports.
> 8D analysis of customer return and internal scrap / rework generated due
