I administered oral medication, and sometime administered IV Antibiotic. Supervised and delegated work for Nurses' Aide. Do treatment as per MD prescribed. Charted all patients that were on alert. Confirmed with MD on all new order.Responds to all emergencies from 4th floor to 18 floor. Assessed patients with diabetes, hypo/hypertensive, breathing problem, and give corresponding treatment. Give nasogastric tube medication and food. Give gastric tube feeding. Give PPD to staff and patients. Give insulin and flu shot.
