developing team. Review MRP/ERP inventory data to reconcile by performing
cycle counts to improve accuracy in online data. Develop cost savings
strategies consistent with corporate business plan, MCO ideas, increase
inventory turns (reduce DIO from 72.0 - 64.0) while reducing on hand
inventory. Lean Six-Sigma - Green Belt project focus. Products

contracts. Managed all necessary spare parts requirements for refinery.
Wrote SOP's, Company and Departmental Policies, hiring and training of new
Purchasing and Stores personnel, KPI/metrics tracking, permit requests,
municipal requirements, coordinating OSHA directives. Mentor employees to
build team at new facility.
2001-2012 Global Materials Manager - Pelagic Pressure Systems/Oceanic
