MILITARY EXPERIENCE (2002 - 2006)
MOTOR TRANSPORT OPERATOR (88M) – Management and leadership accountability for all
communication and activities of operations to superior officers to obtain approval for project
commencement and equipment use. Conduct pre-shift briefings on safety, upcoming audits, and
inspections. Delegate activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles,
and facilities according to their level of proficiency and training. Direct activities related to
dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles. Coordinate plans for repair and
mobilization with other units and departments to maintain readiness status. Manage fleet logistics
and maintenance of vehicles required to transport equipment, personnel, cargo and food supplies.
Prepare vehicles for movement/shipment by air, rail or vessel by securing, tarping (covering), and
strapping equipment to their platforms of transport. Proper materials handling for hazardous and
non-hazardous containers that require labeling, tracking, and legal disposal per government
guidelines. Logistics network planning, order fulfillment, routing, inventory, and, fueling and

inspection.

installation of electronic communication equipment. Assist users with personal computer terminal
devices, to include integrated battlefield signal support signal systems, radio networks, switches,
satellites, GPS, generators, RG-6 and telephone cable installation, and automation equipment.
Provide troubleshooting assistance and training to end-users of computer and signal equipment.

CABLE STORE SUPERVISOR Time Warner Cable (2/2008 - 6/2008)
In charge of operating two facilities with a total of 15 employees at separate locations. Both locations
required cash reconciliation, timely and balanced cash deposits, and receipt of cash deliveries. The primary
location required supervision of matters concerning customer service, resolution of escalated customer
issues, and current live inventory of received and dispensed electronic digital equipment. The secondary
location was a warehouse and cash office where digital equipment was received from the manufacturer,
inventoried, logged into the system, and assigned barcode numbers for cataloging and RFID cataloging.
