I started working with mi Dad at his restaurant once I just got out of 7th grade. My Dad first placed me to work in

the kitchen washing dishes and later the 2nd year in the job I moved to work as a buss-boy and was assigned to

be a holly host and a cashier. I was one of the leaders of the restaurant because I was making sure the bills were

paid, the orders to go were done, the customers seated and once seated their drinks ready. If my Dad was not

attending the customers at their tables due to preparedness of food in the kitchen, then I had to be their waiter.
