needed. Quoted and issued new policies. After re quoting old or lapsed polices, created documents to send out to

customers. Using Horace Mann products, each day made sure marketing documents were mailed out; also ensured

that all proper documents were available and ready for office use. I executed clerical duties including fax, e mail,

and preparing all trip tickets; keeping an up to date calendar to manage all appointments in and out of office for all

agents and training of all new hires.
