Turning quotes into jobs, entering into system and following up with

customers via email or phone. Emailing tracking information

when jobs have shipped. Getting paper, outside vendor’s quotes

(e.g. scoring, perfing, laminating, UV coating) to add to our

estimates. Billing jobs into system upon completion and filing jobs

as they get invoiced to customer. Getting/giving constant updates

men and bindery as to where jobs are in production.

eSoftware on Demand. Enter orders not imported from web into

QuickBooks via Access program.
