Responsible for maintaining Physical and Vmware systems for multiple
customers via onsite and remote support. Monitored backup
solutions for each client using Symantec Backup Exec and
Quest Software vRanger, CA D2D. Provided monthly
maintenance to all contract customers including
server/network maintenance, server/system updates using
WSUS, and advanced troubleshooting for network issues.
Maintained and created user accounts within Active
Directory for each client. Responsible for

Capital One Back Office Hardware Refresh/Data Migration Project
Responsible for managing time sensitive projects such as equipment
installation, upgrades, software implementations, and data
migrations. Coordinating all technical activities and
developing good working relationships with logistics and
third party vendors to ensure that delivery schedules were
met. Provided daily reports via Excel as needed to Unisys
management to track progress of deployment. Also,
ensuring that all service level agreements, timelines and
quality standards were met.

Chevron HPC II IT Restacking Project
Responsible for facilitating the relocation and installation of IT
equipment. Our team relocated 16,000 Chevron Corp work
stations over a 3 year period - Project completed.
Responsible for de-install, relocation and implementation
of Chevron Corp work stations, network printers, faxes,
plotters. Worked with customers after the implementations
to ensure that all expectations were met. Troubleshooting,
reconfiguring and replacing equipment as needed.
