Career Objective
My experience is based on consulting service, in different
areas, including pre-sale, post-sale and professional service.
Last 13 years I was working implementing BMC software products in
different companies, the software that I implement pass through areas like
Monitoring Operating System, application and Database. Other is Capacity
Planning where I apply knowledge of Demand and Capacity ITIL Process. So
production Schedule, in this area I have an extensive experience.
For execute that's projects I have to apply Project Management to
successful finish that's projects. Although I give first line of support to
these products that lives in different OS, networks and Database
That gives me good Knowledge in these kinds of platforms. Consequently
give me good practice of administrative task in production environments.
Finally I have 14 years of experience of BMC Products and all of this based
on ITIL best practice.
