Description: As a part of GTM Gulf's 3 year Strategic Technology
Portfolio (STP) plan, GTM Gulf had the objective to move towards a
"change ready" environment. It required simplification of the application
platforms, reduction in the tools used and the complexity of current
environments. The MIS Report module is a part of the STP plan.
Over the years, GTM Gulf had developed many critical
business processes and applications, primarily in the areas of Claims,
Enrollment and Customer Service. While the existing version of
application was obsolete.
To mitigate the risks of running mission-critical
applications on a non-supported software platform, GTM Gulf required
developing a new strategy to phase out existing one and migrate the
applications onto another platform was a key element in the company's
Strategic Technology Portfolio.

GTM Gulf Portal:
Client : GTM Gulf Trading & Manufacturing FZCO, U.A.E
Duration : Oct'11 to May'12
Description : The current GTM Gulf Portal does not have CRM & SFA
Module, which is a comprehensive tool for monitoring the performance of
Salespersons. Updating the portal to support this functionality will allow
the company to market the updated salesperson performance functionality to
groups.
This project will add the "CRM & SFA Module"
option to GTM Gulf site by providing a link directly to GTM Gulf Portal
for Salesperson and Sales-head. This helps Sales head's to quantify
targets and render incentives for Sales persons.
Being in the business of Retail -Consumer driven industry, technology
becomes inevitable to have more number of BAU and IT Transformation
projects which helps to sustain the position in the trading and
manufacturing market to meet out the financial targets and it does have a
strong IT Department, and focuses on the constant support and upgrade of
the systems in lines with the Market needs.

Description: Markman Paper Boxes is a Coimbatore-based company that is
active in the paper packaging industry. Through its per-press studio,
post-printing, design, printing and quality assurance departments, the
Company manufactures a rage of products, such as brochures, multicolor
labels, folding and hinge-lid cartons for food and dairy products,
pharmaceutical golding cartons, display outers and soft packs for the
tobacco industry, general packaging products for per-food, mobile phones,
electric lamps and photographic films. Markman Paper Boxes has 35%-owned
subsidiary in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India, which is engaged in the
production of stands and points of purchase (POP) materials.
APX V1.04 Specialized Software for Traders. APX is specialized software
for retail & distribution management. APX has been engineered by experts
having years of experience in leading companies. Apx is designed to run
on Windows 9x/XP/2000 and above/ NT supporting Client / Server
architecture. APX comes with perfect, time driven implementation and
support.
In this project we worked on the "Sales & Purchase Module" option to
Markman Paper Boxes site by providing a link directly to Markman Paper
Box Portal for Production Team, Purchase Team, Sales Team and Store In
charge. This helps Sales head's to quantify targets and manage raw
materials.
