A reputed paint recycling company in Alberta .

. Set up and started the paint recycling plant in Surrey, BC.

. Increased the production capacity of Calgary plant from 16 KL to 200

KL .

. Developed exports and improved on the local customer service by almost

. Reduced shopfloor costs considerably by well planned and negotiated

purchases and logistics planning.

. Slashed employee turnover through inspired engagement, better

performance coatings group, RPM International Inc., USA .

. Installed the paint machinery and trained the manpower in operations,

safety, quality procedures and production module of BAAN Accounting

software.

. Planned and executed the rework of > 30,000 litres (Approx. $ 200,000

worth) of a virtual non moving stock.

. Saved considerably on costs by modifying and restoring the unused /

old machinery .

. Increased the production from 3000 litres to about 730,000 litres per

month.

. Handled daily production planning, operations, safety, maintenance,

recruitments and administration.

. Participated in and implemented ISO 9001 procedures.

. Technical development of products based on Waste generated during

the paint manufacturing process leading
