techniques, such as hypothesis testing and Statistical Process

Control using Minitab. Lead ad-hoc teams using rapid problem

solving tools such as value stream maps, fishbone diagrams,

FMEA and control plans.

Chartered and led 20+ Kaizen events to map the value stream,

implement 5S, identify and reduce the 7 types of waste and

improve equipment utilization. Removed hours of wasted cycle

time from the manufacture of electronic image intensifier

tubes used in military night vision applications.

Received several Quality Culture Committee awards for

outstanding contribution on business process improvement

projects.
