implement 5S, identify and reduce the 7 types of waste and

improve equipment utilization. Removed hours of wasted cycle

time from the manufacture of electronic image intensifier

tubes used in military night vision applications.

Received several Quality Culture Committee awards for

outstanding contribution on business process improvement
