4 Worked as a Assistant of Secreteary at Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly from 2010

to 2013.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

5 Providing high quality secretarial and administration support to the Portfolio Lead and the

Portfolio team primarily including.

6 Typing correspondence, memos, reports and other documents using the Microsoft Office

suite.

7 Preparing slides and presentations using PowerPoint.

8 Maintain diary commitments using an electronic Outlook diary.

9 Receiving and dealing with incoming telephone calls and email correspondence in a polite

and professional manner, re directing or taking messages according to office procedure

and using initiative to deal with queries where appropriate.

10 Data management, including obtaining data stored on the portfolio tracking databases and

inputting and amending this information as required.

11 Making travel arrangements for both national and international travel.

12 Facilitating the organisation activities, liaising with key stakeholders, Research Network

staff and service providers.

above)

16 Experience of servicing meetings: preparing agendas, preparing meeting rooms, preparing

papers, taking and preparing draft minutes, and circulating action plans.

20 Evidence of an ability to show flexibility, adaptability and to cope with demanding
