Conduct initial test and acceptance of Local Exchange Carriers circuits, which include but are not
limited to T1, T3 and DS0 circuits. Test and verify managed services for customers with US Signal
field techs on site. Build, design, disconnect and provision T1 and T3 transport circuits.
Troubleshoot transport and data problems on new and existing circuits. Designing, implementing,
coordinating and building transport T1 and DS3 circuits locally and across state lines. Designed,
