RESUME FOR PAUL DELMAN
Education:
Odessa University of Construction, Soviet Union 1968-1973 Graduated with
degree of Engineer of Construction (commercial, industrial, residential buildings)
Experience: In Soviet Union I was Chief of Construction Dept. for a government
company producing construction materials (brick, blocks); also in charge of
building a gypsum factory along with many other projects. 1972-77
Upon arrival in United States in 1978 I became involved in residential
construction: my responsibilities included:
soliciting bids from contractors, scheduling, over-seeing the quality of the work
along with attending planning board and DEP (when necessary) meetings;
additionally I was involved in engineering designs on the improvements for the
sub-divisions. 1978-1993
In 1993 I formed my own construction company for custom home building. My
responsibilities were essentially the same as outlined above. 1993-2006.
In 2006 I joined Syska-Hennessy Construction Group in the position of Site
Superintendent.
My first project was in Fort Meade, Maryland at the Forensic, Toxicology Lab.
Task #RC201501C. The project involved replacing the air handler units. My
duties were to co-ordinate the sub-contractors; keep the job running on time, to
implement safety procedures, conduct weekly meetings with the base
representatives and not to exceed the budget as outlined.

The next task was at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The project involves building a new
regional training institute for DC the Army Reserve. The square footage is
approximately 53,000. sq. ft.
In addition I supervise 10 task’s in DeWitt Army Hospital.

working at Fort Leonard Wood MO; Fort Gordon GA; Fort Lee VA; Carlisle
Barracks PA and at West Point NY
