1/2011 - Present Heartland Payment Systems

Relationship/Account Manager
I am the first person that has successfully penetrated the Jefferson City
market for Heartland. In my first full year, I added 122 new accounts and
added over $100K in company margin for Heartland. I am undefeated in
meeting my WIN (sales quota), was named Rookie of the Year, Century Club
Member and Highest Margin Producing RM hired in 2011. Won trips to New
York, Las Vegas, and The Bahamas. Increased market share in Jefferson City
from less than 2% to over 25% in 14 months. This is direct outside sales
to all business, providing credit card processing, payroll services, gift
card marketing, and express pay funding. The position is 100% commission
and I earned over $65K in my first year. I am currently on pace to hit
$100K in 2012. This industry is very crowded and the economy make it very
difficult to continue to meet and exceed sales goals in a small market.

I supervise and manage the entire 15-acre plant and its 135 employees
during the summer at peak production. Duties include hiring, firing, asset
management, conflict resolution, implementation of a JIT inventory system,
OSHA compliance and correspondences, process improvement, productivity
levels, dealing with purveyors and managing supply chain for the plant. I
am also responsible for Quality Control of the finished product and oversee
QC staff throughout the plant. I report to the Board of Directors. The
economy has hit this industry very hard and I am fearful of displacement
due to a force reduction of over half of the employees. Discretion would be

property. This venture failed due directly to the events of September 11,
2001, and the retraction of funding in the venture capital markets of a
post 9/11 economy. Full Human Resource and recruiting responsibility, as
well as purchasing and material acquisition. I completed my Graduate
