9/2012-11/2012 Service Adviser, Bulldog Fire Apparatus, Hopkinton, Ma
Accepted position at fire apparatus and ambulance dealership. No previous
experience at time of hire, plan to reconfigure staff openly discussed by
General Manager and employment was offered on a trial basis. Excelled at
customer service with Fire and EMS representatives and computer systems.
Automotive and body shop knowledge out of area of expertise with limited
training available. Amicable lay off, General Manager stated desire to
reconfigure current employee base.
11/2011-7/2012 PCR Auditor AMR, Natick, Ma
Completed patient care report auditing for complete and thorough
documentation.
Contacted ambulance crew members directly for correction or completion as
needed. Provided reporting as needed to management. Worked in team
atmosphere with independence to perform tasks as needed. Laid off
7/13/2012 along with other team members. For several months, I worked in
the dispatch center on overnight, rotating shifts. Accepted position in
auditing department when it became available. Emergency Medical Dispatch
certified.
3/08-11/10 EMT-P AMR, Framingham, Ma.
Worked on dedicated 911 paramedic unit. As a team member of busy and
proactive department. Enjoyed increased training and call volume. I was
injured on duty 7/08/2009, which has resulted in the inability to return to
field service. Employment terminated in November of 2010 due to continued
status of injury, per Union Contract with AMR.
11/07-1/08 EMT-P Trinity Ambulance, Inc., Lowell, MA
Non dedicated 911, primarily inter-facility transfers. Personal choice to
leave this employment, will explain further if desired.
4/05-11/07 EMT-P Action Ambulance, Wilmington, MA
Dedicated 911, occasional ACLS inter-facility transfers. I chose to leave
this company, only after being recruited by Trinity Ambulance and offered a
substantial sign on bonus and promise of significant pay increase.
06/2003-04/2005 EMT-P Woods Ambulance, Gardner, MA
Full time, 24 hr Paramedic/Basic and a 16 hr Paramedic/Paramedic shift in a
dedicated 911 system. Provide both emergency service and transfer at ACLS
level. Significant ALS Specialty Transports performed. Remained per-diem
until 08/2005, only reason I discontinued employment was availability.
05/2003-07/2004 EMT-P Cataldo Ambulance, Somerville, MA
Full time, two 24 hr shifts in busy 911 service. Changed to per-diem after
accepting position with Woods, commute time only consideration.

Initially employed full time as solo overnight dispatcher for central MA
operations. Following completion of didactic portion of EMT-P school I
transferred to field operations as an EMT-B. Due to staffing limitations,

Developed and performed short term and extended duration polymer research
studies focusing on improving product weatherability and durability per
customer and market demand. Responsible for local and global reporting of
results and recommendations to corporate scientists. Also developed and
maintained hazard material identification system in research laboratory,
inventory, and MSDS regulation compliance and training manuals. Analytical
and physical testing performed on polymer products to identify
contamination and confirm material specifications.
