I took the whole laboratory management as a Engineer and was responsible to all activities which are conducted

in laboratory. I monitored and ensured that the Testing is done as per the specification without violating Indian

standards. I coordinated and supervised engineers, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the

report of daily activity of each staff by end of day.
