Head Start program for 7 sites monthly. Primary contact for vendors including Staples, Southwest School

Supply, Waxie, Office Depot, Preferred Meals and Unisource. Menu production records for all 40 sites

monthly, Audit attendance and non-federal share for all 40 sites monthly. Maintain inventory of office

supplies for admin building. Set up and take down of audio/visual equipment. EMACS training when

needed for 700 employees. Maintain work order log. Coordinator for the American Lung Association

and Cancer Society for Department. Coordinator for transportation survey required for ASQMD for the

700 employees that is state mandated.
