maternity patient's care from start of pregnancy to delivery.

Department/Front Desk Receptionist)
January 2005 thru January 2008 Provided customer service for
walk in customers and was responsible for managing a 6 line
switchboard. I maintained the company phone list and employee
separations list. I also assisted HR in making copies of new
employee offer letters, driver's license and social security
cards. I provided mail room assistance for incoming and outgoing
mail when mail room associate was unavailable. Responsible for
purchasing office supplies for the corporate services
department.
Palo Verde Plastic Surgery (Surgery Scheduler/Front Office)
July 2003 thru December 2004
Responsible for scheduling Dr. Rowley's in office and hospital
surgeries as well as maintaining his on call schedule at various
hospitals.
I was responsible for ordering all equipment needed by Dr.
Rowley's surgeries. I was also responsible for patient check in,
check out and insurance verification for all insurance cases.
Phone support for the front desk. This was a paper office,
primarily responsible for all medical records and follow up for
any missing documentation.

Working in the publisher relations department by assisting all
publishers with their disputes with Sunshine Media, Inc.
Responsible for receiving packages from publisher's and
distributing the package contents to the appropriate departments
within Sunshine Media, Inc. Providing front desk support by
answering incoming customer calls, shipping support and file
maintenance.
I was also part of a team providing sketched art boards for
magazine layout, provided computer design and proof read support
for all magazines prior to being sent to press
