assign to me in a timely manner and to make sure that all information are

policy and other documents prior for filling. Change status of the
mortgage loan in the system if the mortgage loan is been transferred from
to another lender and to review all files in order and in timely manners.
Make sure closing/final settlement instructions to escrow/title are in the
final loan document and review and HUD -1 or HUD-1a Settlement Statement
for accuracy and compliance per 2010 RESPA regulations.
