2 people have recommended Jim
"Law Enforcement Officer, Jim Clements, has come before me, (as a Magistrate of Virginia), with many
prisoners, &/or those arrested, throughout the years. Some are very agreeable, but yet, many do not try to be
"orderly" or "cooperative", at all. His total 'knowledge' of the Legal System and Law Enforcement is always
intact. He was able to calm the worst of those that had been 'arrested', which takes much 'skill', and a lot of
'hands-on experience'. He presented Probable Cause without any problem, and was more than helpful to me
(as The Magistrate), providing detailed and solid facts, or evidence, regarding the crime, or crimes. I could
only wish that others in the field of Law Enforcement, had some of his experience and expertise, and the
ability to perform thier job as well as LEO, Jim Clements. He is definitely a "Professional" when it comes to
his career, not only due to his many years of 'experience', but also due to his knowledge that he possesses in
the Law Enforcement field."
Kathy Wilkinson, Magistrate Class VI, Office of the Executive Secretary, was with another company
when working with Jim at VSU Police
"I have had the good fortune to work with Jim both as an employee and as a service provider. During that
time he treated us with dignity and professionalism. He ensured we had the tools, equipment and training we
needed to perform our jobs to the best of our ability. He is dedicated to law enforcement and its officers and
has always been available to help out a fellow officer. I look forward to seeing Jim achieve great things in our
profession. Linda O'Connor, Account Manager, Top Guard Security"
