I started with the company at Start Up as Staff Accountant in Greenville, SC. In my 12 year career with

AGS I held many positions including Senior Accountant, Assistant to CFO, HR Manager and Director of

Human Resources. I was integral in all aspects of staffing, system developments and legal compliance,

guiding the startup and management of a full spectrum of Accounting and HR operations, systems and

programs. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees;

create group benefits programs; and develop orientation, training and incentive programs. Manage

vacation, PTO and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; administer HR
