Provide day to day supervisor of the Permit Operation activities which including recruiting and
hiring and trained new associates, insuring that the team leaders prioritize their coaching and
talent development responsibilities as well as financial monitoring and management. Monitors
daily activity and attendance to proactively insure that performance is properly managed. Served
as the permit representative to Regional and national sales associates to insure that the output of
McGraw-Hill Construction News exceeds our customer requirements. Daily administration of
permit coordinators and permit locations. Coordinate administrative functions, paperwork,
correspondence and maintenance of all permit correspondent files.
Responsible for goals setting, scorecard administration, performance reviews, and making
recommendations on merit reviews. Manages new hire process by coordinating job postings
with Human Resources, reviewing potential candidates and conducting initial interviews.

Develop talent, throughout the Permit Operation through individual coaching, innovative

Produces Monthly Operations Reports, maintaining vacation schedules, filing timesheets and
ordering supplies. Assists in budgeting process by monitoring monthly operating statements and
annual budgets. Complete and monitor permit correspondent costs/pay. Complete all necessary
Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
Work with Management on aligning permit locations with current market ensuring that each
market is represented. Work with offshore team on permit data entry issues. Answer and coach
offshore team on permit policies and procedures.
