Places to work in New Jersey" for both 2012 and 2013. Reduced benefits costs by 15% in benefits across the
human capital costs by re-negotiating with all the vendors.
• Leadership - Part of the senior management team/leadership of the company. Led a team of 3 senior HR
partners to collaborate with Business Units ($ 120 million) to meet their HR needs across a diverse employee
base. Integrated global HR operations and ensured relevant processes ran smoothly and synchronously.
• Organizational Development Programs - Directed various cross-functional teams to implement organizational
programs such as succession planning, change initiatives and competency development. The company has
seen rapid growth because of consistent internal employee growth and development. Employee & Climate
Survey - Analyzed annual employee survey and worked with business teams to create annual HR business
plan.
• Policy Design - Managed feedback task force to implement and analyze various mechanisms to identify and

- Reported to the CEO, led the HR team of 8 HR professionals for RML, Thomson Reuters across India. Added
top talent and built the top management.
• Talent Acquisition: Created unique talent acquisition and nurturing processes as required by business.
Including monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency at optimized costs. We added eight hundred plus
employees across the country.
• Talent Management - Led talent management for high potential employees that included executive resources,

management, bonus program, and merit increase processes including training of employees and managers
on system,
managed the identified action plans for top talent and low performers using 9 box/grid. This included reward

strategy, innovative rewards and recognition programs, 270 reviews for management staff, communication
programs, career plans and succession plans, L&D programs using (70:20:10) principle. Tools used Taleo,
Kronos, OPM, People Soft, Plateau, Citrix tools etc.
• Organization Development: Created an organization culture that nurtured talent, performance driven and
respectful.
Executed various focus groups, Employee satisfaction surveys, Climate surveys, Cross functional team
sharing and team
processes, HiPO programs. Present results with HR metrics and dashboards. Another achievement was that
the all the middle
management were organically grown from within. M & A - During Thomson & Reuters merger, I played a critical
role in harmonization and retention processes.
