Current: Freelance Customer Service Secret Caller contracted to Tooty Inc.

I place, record and document a couple hundred calls per month to mostly

Wast Haulers posing as a customer and obtaining responses from customer

service representatives to several service level scenarios.

2008-2010 Event manager at Customer Demonstration Services (CDS).

Responsible for the management and marketing of interactive product

demonstrations at COSTCO warehouse clubs. Recruiting. Hiring and training

all staff.

2005-2008 On Site Manager at IKON document services. Responsible for the

management of all staff performing document reproduction, office equipment

lease/placement and maintenance, shipping logistics, receptionist pools,

and facilities management. Assigned to major corporate accounts at Robert

Bosh and U.S. Cellular.

1996-2005 Back office operations manager at ING Barings. Responsible for

the staff performance of the settlement and transfer of trades occurring on

the Chicago Board Of Options exchange.

1992-1996 Associate Pastor at First Covenant Church of Peoria. Responsible

for youth ministries, senior ministries, out reach, small groups and staff

training.

1981-1992 Back office operations specialist at Goldberg Securities. Stock

Options trade checker. Responsible for the settlement and resolution of

problem trades occurring on the CBOE.
