EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
SafeTek Engineering, Toronto, Ontario – Structural Engineer 2010 – Present
• Conducted Pre Start health & safety reviews, prepare reports and proposals accordance with O.Reg
851 of the Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act for industrial structures and machines such as
dust collector to control emissions from shot blasting machines discharging into the atmosphere.
• Designed heavy foundations, caissons and pile foundations, industrial platforms for heavy machinery,
and reviewed pre engineered structural frames for additional load capacity.
• Structural analysis and design for variety of building framing systems made of steel, concrete,
timber, masonry and modular structures.
• Performed site inspections during construction and prepared field review reports recommends
follow up actions to comply with design and specifications.
• Preparation of structural feasibility reports and final design for renewable energy projects (Solar PV,
Solar Thermal & Green Roof etc.)

• Modeled structural steel trusses, Tower buildings, bents using RISA – 3D, STAAD Pro structural
analysis and design software and confirmed to applicable codes and standards.
• Carried out structural analysis & design of commercial, industrial and residential buildings including
design and detailing of welded and bolted connections.
• Limestone and Gypsum Handling system at W.H SAMMIS Generating Station (Stratton, OHIO) –
Designed and drafted steel truss for conveyors, transfer towers, bents, heavy foundations, pile

• Coordinated construction works and conducted field reviews on Highway Rehabilitation Projects and
Municipality road and bridge construction which includes construction of retaining wall,
underground water and sewer mains and high mass poles.
• Carried out on site compaction test to certify the quality of back fill for City of Toronto bridge
