Benbrook, TX
Mechanical Designer (contractor)
• Designed and developed mechanical components for RF (radio frequencies) Radar systems, High
Voltage Power Supplies, Transmitters/Amplifier, and Magnetrons using AUTOCAD 2010.
• Worked closely with Electrical and Mechanical engineers to produce working details and designs
for fabrication of Pulsed/Phased Waveguide systems, Heat management systems, and System
Cabinets Enclosure.
• Read wiring diagrams and schematics to design PC board’s layouts, using very close tolerances.
• Developed and verified, material pick list against designed parts for manufacturing of complete
radar system.
• Worked closely with various domestic and foreign manufacturing companies to ensure complete
design integration and compatibility.
• Helped prepare instruction documentation handbook for end user.
Parsons TSSC 3 06/2002 - 07/2010

Drafter IV
Programs: MICROSTATION XM, ProjectWise, Drafting Tracker, and Excel.
• Contracted to the FAA (TSSC 3), to produce technical drawing documentation using Microstation
XM, the FAA’s CAEG (Computer Aided Engineering Graphics) library system (ProjectWise), and
complying with the FAA’s CAEG Drawing standards; to visualize and portray all aspects of
Federal Aviation Facilities.
• Used the Microstation XM Cad drawing program to produced complex designs that required
considerable technical knowledge, Cad skills, and detailed communication.
• Accomplish final documents as well as organized team efforts in-house as well as across other
FAA regional headquarters; to accommodate heavy workloads and/ or congressional efforts.
• Worked from configuration management baseline drawings, sketches, models, and verbal
information supplied by an engineer, to determine equipment space allocation, most appropriate
views, detail drawings and/or supplementary information needed to complete assignment.
• Used mathematical formulas to assess architectural requirements, draw land contours or to
compute weights, center of gravity, load capacities, dimensions, and quantities of material.
• Kept close communication with the FAA Engineering dept. and/or various Civil, Electrical,
Mechanical disciplines, and Architectural contractors.
• Used the ProjectWise library partnered with the Drafting Tracker program, technical documents
are provided to necessary personnel to ensure that the most recent documentation are used for
facility operations and design changes.
