• Performed all the PCB layout design activities including schematic entry, review, part library

creation for both schematic and PCB using Allegro16.3 and Protel, run net list, component

placement, trace manual routing Gerber generation and BOM.

• Assembled and tested various Electro / Mechanical test boards for production following Test

Engineer’s instructions.

• Ability to perform microscope level assembly and soldering.

• Measuring product performance and provide analysis reports with minimal engineering

guidance.

• Collected data from various temperature test and production runs.

• Analyzed data using Galaxy tool for testing resulting data to set guard-band.

• Used standard bench test equipment for testing, debugging and gathering data points.

• Interact between various Engineering groups, Document Control and Production for all

aspect of a product release.

• Interface between engineering and production on resolving daily problems dealing with

hardware failure, missing/outdated documents, issues with updated testing program and low

yields.

• Prepare Engineer Change package (includes Schematics, Layout, Gerber files, BOM, guard

band data, manufacturing process instructions and all required documentations) for release to

production.
