• Lead author of the Connecticut Program Savings Documentation (PSD), a technical reference

manual for EE programs.

• Core member of Connecticut IRP–DSM team since 2008. Worked with Brattle Group, the

Connecticut Department of Energy and the Environment (DEEP), United Illuminating Co. and the three Gas

companies to develop 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012 IRPs.

• Prepare engineering reports, energy calculations, program results and filing requirements for

DEEP, PURA, EEB consultants, and various state agencies.

RGGI and various Transmission projects.
