cellular phones in the distribution center.

. Responsible for the daily scheduling and tracking of re-flash (software

programming) activities including labor costs, quality, model changes,

and throughput.

. Managed the programming area with an average headcount of 60 people

across 3 shifts, with a monthly output of 300,000 units and 30 different

models.

. Worked closely with all business, engineering, and distribution teams to

prioritize and complete all projects and assignments.

. Set-up and monitored all processes, including writing and reviewing all

department operating procedures and instructions.

. Responsible for system group reflash and flex programming set-ups

including Unix database, HT basic, TCOPS, MACS, PST/Nextest applications,
