* Proactively monitor customer network on various types of NMS and

perform 1st level trouble isolation. Open trouble ticket with US local

carriers to troubleshoot network related issues (layer 1

through layer 3). Notify customers of outage occurrence, status changes

and trouble recovery and escalate to management in a

timely manner when necessary.

* Configure NTT PE upon receiving work order, New Installation or

Modification order.

* Heavily work on MPLS & BGP in NTT Backbone

* Configure Cisco PE/SW & Juniper SW and assist CE installations.

* Work with third party vendors to coordinate on site support when

NOC dispatch to the site.

* Work with all NTT team in Global wide to coordinate project and

achive project goal.

* Receive customer trouble claims for global network and non-network

related services (ex: Internet and SI services such as Exchange

servers,Firewalls, etc.) via phone or email, open electronic TT, and

notify appropriate groups (NOC) within the same company or

vendors/carriers..

* Troubleshoot, isolate Sonet, Ethernet, ATM, T1, DS1/DS3, and OC3

data circuits.

* Monitor customer cage servers collocation and when it is

necessary, contact vendor and tape change.

* Monitor the Data Center infrastructure (Power, Air Conditioning,

etc) and troubleshoot 1st level.

* Contact US Local Carriers (Verizon, Level3, MCI, XO, Broadwing,

etc.) to escalate poor performance during an outage.

* Troubleshoot and configure IPSec VPN, EZVPN, DMVPN.
