dies. Upon being promoted to Sensor Applications Specialist, I was

relocated to the Dickey-Grabler Company (Corporate headquarters).

Installing sensors in progressive dies, secondary operations and

welding assembly machines. In our Research and Development

Lab, I researched and tested the sensors to find the proper one for our

application. Utilizing power supplies, signal conditioners, multi-meters and

Cad Key Software for designing into older and newer die designs.

Designing and Supervise the build of all Poka-Yokes (checking

Fixtures). Using inside facilities and outside vendors.

Developed a Training Course using Power Point. Training all

shop personnel once a year on all new sensors & Poka-Yokes

that we were using.

Help manage tool room personnel.
