Project undertaken in diploma on the topic:
PWM BASED SPEED CONTROL OF SINGLE PHASE INDUCTION MOTORS
> In this project The Induction Motor can be operated in Four Different
Speeds .
> The closed loop Control is provided, which can sense the speed of the
motor and is displayed on the LCD display.
> The Pulse width modulations provide smooth speed control.
Project undertaken in B.E. on the topic:
Project done at BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED
IGBT BASED POWER SUPPLY FOR ELECTROSTATIC PRECIPITATOR
> In this project the electrostatic precipitator is given supply through
IGBT.
Our project deals with the implementation of IGBT in the power supply
circuit which enables frequent switching of the system and power
consumption.
> It provides Fast response, higher efficiency and power factor and
thereby the precipitator operation is enhanced.
> Increases the ESP efficiency by keeping emission below given limits
and switching losses are reduced.
> MATLAB SIMULINK software is used for the purpose of simulation of the
project.
AWARDS and ACHIVEMENTS
. Medals were given for getting First rank in the 3rd and 5th SEM and
2nd Rank in the 4th SEM in the Institute of PANIMALAR POLYTECHNIC
COLLEGE.
