AREAS OF EXPOSURE

Manpower Planning/ Recruitment

Identifying manpower requirements through proper planning & analysis.

Responsible for all recruitment related activities. This involves analyzing job recruitment,

coordinating with recruitment agencies, screening the resumes, conducting interviews for

selection of best candidates & negotiation with the candidates

Responsible for post-selection joining formalities (as per checklist)

Induction/ orientation & probation confirmation of new joiners.

Performance Management Development, Training & Development:

Exposure of annual appraisal of employees.

Training Need Identification/ Training Need Assessment.

Preparation & approval of Training Budgets, Training calendar & Schedules.

Execution of the Training program & maintaining Training records.

Review of training effectiveness in consultation with the Dept. Head.

Responsible for Internal Training Faculty for 5 S, Emergency Preparedness Plan, Fire &

drills, Safety, Health, Motivational training and basic etiquettes on organizational culture etc.

Exposure of Competency & Skill Matrix mapping of employees.

Industrial Relations:

Maintain peaceful industrial atmosphere through positive relation with the employees.

Ensure prompt & timely resolving of employee grievances to maintain the cordial relation in

between employer & employees.

Personnel & Administration:

Exposure of all activities related to Time Office.

Exposure of payroll processing.

Exposure of administration of canteen, security, transportation, Housekeeping,

Horticulture, Guest House & colony’s.

Maintaining good relationship with the local public & government bodies.

Exposure of statutory compliance as per act.

Responsible for vendor’s bill payment.
