Responsibilities included:
• Managed and coordinated the prostate seed implant program for Northside Hospital, Northside
Forsyth, and Meridian Mark Outpatient surgery
• Ordered and received all radioactive seeds, kept full federal, state and patient required
documentation, and present in the operating room for over 2200 individual implant cases
• Conducted planometrics, preplan and post plan dosimetry on over 300 of those cases
• Managed the largest implant program in the US at that time working mainly with physicians
from Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia
• Available for patient CT simulations and daily treatments at Northside Cancer Center
