Live Projects

• As part of B-Tech graduation in the 8th semester, a project was undertaken in

Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam, India and which was presented

to tutors and student.

Project description:

Project was titled W elding, Distortion, Measurement and its Reducing

Techniques in Hatch Cover Fabrication. Executed experiments by giving

different set of values to weld sequence, stitch length, weld speed and found

out the optimal settings from the best performance obtained and thereby

successful in maintaining standards and rework cost reduction.

TRAINING/SEMINAR

• Conducted a seminar for tutors and students during 8th semester of B Tech

graduation about Bionic propulsion of water - calculating the force required to

produce certain velocity by force sensor and plot the Force velocity graph.

• During the 7th semester of B-Tech graduation, underwent two-day industrial

training at Kerala State Road Transport (KSRTC) regional workshop at

Edapal, India regarding study of the engine of heavy duty vehicles.
