Project: Sanders Creek Bridge Abutment and Pier replacement – Zavalla, TX
Responsible for monitoring the replacement of the bridge abutments and piers; Ensured that contractors, subcontractors
and suppliers performed and complied with contract specifications, laws, acquisition regulations and plans/drawings;
Monitored Air Entrainment and slump & compressive strength tests on concrete mix; Examined materials and supplies
and/or equipment delivered to the site; Ensured that all functions of the project were in compliance with safety, health

Project: Culvert Replacement - National Forest Service Roads 302, 317 and 350 – Zavalla, TX

• Developed site specific access management plans and traffic impact studies for retail shopping centers
throughout the Tampa Bay Area. Retail projects ranged from grocery store anchored shopping centers with multiple

• Traffic impact studies include negotiations of a site specific traffic study methodologies and the required traffic
impact evaluations necessary to gain local governmental approval of traffic concurrency.
• Site access negotiations include the preparation of detailed roadway arterial analysis to justify and support the

state and county roadways.
