Responsible to provide nursing care for Surgical post operative patient.

Provide updates on patient care to the Nursing Coordinator

Maintenance of medical records and reports

Update doctor and the team on the patients health progress

Implement strategies for Home Based Care & teach the families about the same

Apply Universal precautions and provide training to other staff

Monitor the waste segregation and proper disposal as per the Universal guidelines

Reporting to the Nursing Superintendent
