Responsibilities

o Phase 1 : Project Preparation (AS-IS):

. Start analyzing the business cycle and the integration among related

parties. Preparing and reviewing AS-IS Documents, and documenting

Expectations for Production Control Section from the SAP system, and

discuss with consultants. Attend the Overview training of SAP System.

o Phase 2 : Business Blueprint (To-Be):

. Where Unit Testing is taking place, I was responsible for PDD

documents review, analyze against requirements, realize needs

satisfaction delivered form the given solutions, back to the

consultants to re-present the business needs more technically, to be

clear to the consultant in order to be modified as required.

o Phase 3 : Realization Phase:

. Moving to Integration Testing, set together to find out whether the

chain is strongly connected in the various directions (Planning,

Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales describe to the End Users how it

will be performed, and discover other broken links to be maintained.

Gaps found in the cycle were reported to be covered by cycle

enhancements. Then I tested new solutions, Comments, and enhancements

required.

o Phase 4 : Final Preparation :

. Starting the End-User training... Reviewing the Business Process

Procedures (BPP's "End User Manuals"), arranging the users to get the

most of the training, extracting the knowledge appropriate to

everyone, get the final comments documented and communicate with

consultants to finalize the issues. Also authorization matrix were

prepared and delivered to the Consultants after review with

management.

o Phase 5 : Go-Live :

. Starting the Go-live support & resolve pending issues & finalize

documentation.
