§ Creation of illustrations and detailing of the assembly process for the product as per

the vehicle assembly structure and publishing them to production plant.

§ Creation of vehicle assembly and reprocess manuals with illustrations and images.

§ Releasing installation drawings in the global database through Team Center Rich-

§ Updating the assembly drawings according to the plant request with high priority.

§ Coordinating with the design release engineer of global regions and getting the correct

math data for new drawings, getting clarifications from the plant engineers for

manufacturing feasibility.

Title : Visual Online Inspection of Parts on moving belt conveyor

Using sensors and electromagnetic arm. (BE)

Description:

Generally we are facing the problems of low quality products due to insufficient

inspection process in the line in large & small scale industries. Keeping this as in objective we

are developing an advanced visual online inspection process of parts like (bolts, nuts, washers &

any light weight iron materials). And sorting of good quality parts through sensors,

electromagnetic arm, web camera & microcontroller etc.

By development of this project the production rate is increased (the parts is not delayed in

next assembly because of online inspection), no need of an operator (fully automatic) and cost

effective.
