AN EFFICIENT ENHANCEMENT OF POWER SYSTEM STABILITY VIA PSS & SVC

USING MODE IN MULTIMACHINE SYSTEM.

To enhance power system stability via robust coordinated design

of Power System (PSS) and a FACTS device based stabilizer .This design

problem is transformed into an optimization problem where the multi-

objective differential evolution is employed to search stabilizer and

Static Var Compensator parameter .The simulation results and Eigen value

analysis are carried out to demonstrate the effetiviness and robustness of

the proposed system compared with different optimization technique.
