I worked with World Vision India as a Community Development Coordinator at

Jagatsingpur district of Erasoma block for past 6 years from-: 2006 to 2012.

organizations in the Rural Region and also building their capacity.

Child rights – conducted and implemented Child Rights Assembly. Developing IEC

materials on Child Rights. Advocacy on Child rights.

development tools such as LEAP and log-frame.

Awareness building on various social issues.
