Worked with the new owers to rehab the property. In addition to the day to

aspects of property management, I over saw the construction of
subcontractors.
Designed and decorated the new Clubhouse, Offices and Models.
Trained the management team of our sister property, Shamrock Village in
Tallahassee.
Set up the computer and filing systems for both properties. Brought
occupancy from 75% to
98%. Maintained 97% for over 10 years.
