Duties:
1. Responsible for escorting un-cleared personnel working in or visiting controlled access area
(CAA)
2. Supervises the movement of tools and materials being brought into controlled access area,
ensuring all items are cleared by designated security personnel before entry.
3. Supervises the acquisition of locally purchased items in accordance with appropriate random
procurement requirements and maintains control of them though out the process.
4. Responsible for control and safe operation of job related equipment and supplies such as
destruction equipment (shredders, disintegrator, etc.), X-ray machines, keys, radios, and service
elevators, etc.
5. Prepares and submits to the RSO (Regional Security Office) weekly activity reports for all
repairs, maintenance, and projects involving un-cleared personnel in Controlled Access Areas;
prepares incident reports of any work-related problems or security issues to the RSO and/or
MSG (Marine Security Guard) after duty hours.
