Recruited and Retained and Supervised Masters Level Effective Behavioral

Health Staff. Blue Cherries II sought to develop top-notch clinical teams

including LMFTs, MFTs, RNs, APRNs and Day Staff. Recruited top candidates,

federal and internal compliance requirements. Achieved 95% staff regulatory

approval, 85% retention and 20% decrease in hiring costs.

Clinical Director, Family Development Center (FDC), $1.8M outpatient

healthcare facility, 2002 to 2006. Launched startup after earning MA in

Mental Health Counseling, managing operations, including staffing,

training, contracts, customer relations and marketing. Directed 9

professional clinicians and 3 administrative staff. Supervised clinical

staff. Demonstrated and engaged clinical staff in effective therapeutic

evidence based treatment theories for youth, and adults. Directed

individual, group and family therapy for individuals dealing with substance

abuse issue co existing mental health issues. Conducted qualitative

research evaluating effectiveness. Hired, trained, supervised and mentored

clinical staff. Worked with legislators concerning various legislation

regarding insurance compensation and public access to mental health

services. Created training plans designed to strengthen therapeutic

required quality control documentation. Implemented a tracking system to

evaluate effectiveness of therapy models and interventions used by clinic.

Tracking system was implemented for a six month period which increased
