Center. Since February 1, 2009, I have been the assistant lead for the
four contractors that also support the project. Duties include providing
the Program Office Manager analytical trouble reports, coordinate
resolution to operational and automation discrepancies. Work with and
train the Technical Operations staff on over 40 IBM AIX servers, 10 Windows

hardware/software issues. Used VMWare to for capacity management, system
monitoring, release management, configuration management, and root cause

documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to
resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data
acquisition, programming techniques and controls. Modified and tuned Oracle
databases using SQL queries to guarantee maximum efficiency and
effectiveness. Apply the appropriate FAA standards, processes, procedures,
and tools for Network secutiry and CISCO Firewall administration. I have a

. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
o I directly supervised 3 System Engineers and, with changing
staffing situations, was responsible for the activities of FAA
technical operations and automation which over twenty (20)
individuals had many different areas of specialization.
o April 2012, I converted eight of the ten Windows Servers to
LINUX. This included installing new software, configuring, and
making sure they were in compliance with the FAA standards and
security policies.
o February 2009, I setup ten(10) new Windows servers for the Miami
ARTCC. Developed the Active Directory Group Policies for
setting up consistent desktop and server configurations, control
the end-user experience, and the lock down workstations. Also,
setup security settings for auditing, logging and logon
restrictions; running scripts at start-up, shutdown, logon or
logoff; installing software; redirecting user folders; and
manipulating the registry over administrative templates.
o Developed great customer relations with all of the FAA
personnel. Worked directly with the Program Operations Manager
who commented to me many times that I have an excellent ability
to analyze and resolve issues very efficiently. He also liked
that I have the ability to resolve many network issues including
cabling, hardware, optimization, etc.
o Assisted FAA Technical Operations personnel in finding immediate
solutions for Critical and High of Interest ERAM problems.
o Developed courses, trained and assisted FAA Technical Operations
and Air Traffic personnel in ERAM Transition Testing and Lab
Manager Training course at Miami ARTCC.
o Developed and implemented a very proficient Disaster Recovery
plan.

Technical Center, Atlantic City, NJ
I was contracted by the FAA to be a member of the En Route Automation
Modernization (ERAM) Field Familiarization team that consisted of going to
various FAA sites, training NAS, NOM and technical personnel. While at the
Technical Center I provided FAA site support remotely. I also provided
complex technical information about computers applications, systems,
products and services to the customers. Providing exceptional customer
service for over 3000 users was fast paced and intense but was very
fulfilling. My team and I created and executed test plans, test cases,
such as Fault Analysis and Recovery, for the ERAM Field Familiarization
team. From November 1997 to August 2001, I was tasked with installing,
supporting, and maintaining UNIX/Windows Servers and workstations. And for
the last three of those yeas I was manager for a staff of five computer
technicians. I supported Microsoft servers and applications, as well as
hardware/software and network troubleshooting. My duties included but were
