I have been employed in the maritime industry for over 38years, and have been a licensed

deck officer since 1981, having worked in all phases of the towing industry. Worked the last 20

years as Captain in Harbor services/Ship assist and coastwise towing in Puget Sound, Valdez,

AK, Dutch Harbor, AK, and Prudhoe Bay, Ak. Coastwise towing on the West Coast and Alaska

Waters. Trainer for VSP, ASD and conventional Tugs operators. I am qualified to established

and carry out polices and procedures for your company.
